Lay a belt that fits you flat. Measure from the belt fold, where the buckle connects, to the hole you use most often. That measurement in inches is your belt size.
2. No belt? Measure your body
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the waist or hips where you normally wear your belt. Keep it snug, not tight. Use that measurement in inches as your belt size.
Between sizes? Round up. Sizing holes are spaced approximately 1 inch apart. Select the measured belt size; the number in parentheses is the belt's approximate total length.
